Stress

In my life I need to manage my stress. A person will know when I am stressed because I will be depressed, anxious, angry, and irritable. When i get stressed I reduce it by taking breaks from what ever is making me stressed, by taking some "me" time, by doing exercise, and by doing things that make me laugh. When I am not stressed I prevent it by having fun and not worrying. That is how i deal with stress.
